Useful before you ever hire us
A little clarity.
A useful next step.
A few practical ways to see your organization’s next move more clearly.
Is your next change ready?
A conversation starter, not an audit or validated assessment. Your selections stay in this page and reset when you leave.
What does wasted time cost?
Explore the potential capacity tied up in repeated administrative work. Time recovered is not automatically cash saved.
Illustration: 230 workdays per year. Labor-capacity equivalent excludes implementation costs, tool costs, review time, and whether recovered time can be redeployed. Adjust the inputs to explore your own assumptions.
Field note / 01
Before you buy another tool, follow one task.
Choose a recurring task with visible friction. Ask the person doing it to walk through the entire process: the request, every handoff, each system, the approval, and the moment someone actually uses the result.
Write down where information is entered twice, where staff wait, and where someone has to compensate for a missing decision. Then ask which steps produce something useful.
Your first improvement may be a clearer decision, a simpler handoff, or a task you no longer need. Technology becomes more valuable when the problem is clear.

Give an AI pilot a job description.
Define the specific task, permitted inputs, expected output, and human reviewer. Use synthetic or appropriately de-identified examples until the organization has approved the tool and data handling for the actual use case.
Measure total effort, including review and corrections. Record errors and situations where the tool should not be used. Decide in advance what evidence would make you expand, change, or stop the pilot.
Tools can assist professional work. Accountability stays with people.
